Air Force NCO Professional Military Education Graduate Ribbon

NCO PME Ribbon


 The Air Force NCO Professional Military Education Graduate Ribbon (NCOPMER) is awarded to in-residence graduates of a certified NCO professional military education (PME) school:

  1. NCO Preparatory Course.
  2. Airman Leadership School.
  3. NCO Leadership School.
  4. NCO Academy.
  5. Senior NCO Academy (or in-residence graduates of the US Army Sergeant Major Academy, the US Navy Senior Enlisted Academy, US Marine Corps Advanced Staff NCO Academy, and the US Coast Guard Chief Petty Officer Academy).
  6. Chief's Leadership Course (effective 16 Jul 10, retroactively for all inresidence graduates).

  Do not award the NCOPMER to members who only complete PME correspondence courses or similar PME correspondence courses conducted by other military services. Also, the ribbon is not awarded for completion of local (base or unit offered) professional development seminars, courses or classes.

 Authorized Device: An Oak Leaf Cluster denotes successful graduation from each successive level of Professional Military Education.
